How we work to help our sellers get top dollar for their homes.

It’s no secret that we’re in a seller’s market, but these last few weeks have been insane. So if you’re looking to sell your home, you have a unique opportunity right now. The thing driving our market is a lack of inventory. In Forsyth and Guilford counties, there are only 500 homes for sale. 


Buyers are scrambling for homes, so how exactly do you position yours to sell for top dollar? That’s where we come in (hopefully). We make our sellers stronger through our unique marketing. We do a lot of coming soon promotions that allow us to share the property before it’s even on the market. This way, people get excited about it ahead of time.

Ideally, we’d list the home on Thursday, load up the weekend with showings, and review all the options with the seller by Sunday. In the past couple of weeks, we put three houses on the market. Each one has had at least 30 showings and 12 offers. It’s a strong seller’s market, and being prepared for that helped our sellers avoid leaving any money on the table.


Having a plan from the beginning with our coming soon marketing makes a huge difference. The property gets so much exposure that it’s usually fully booked for showings on day one. When people can get that much traction out of the gate, it helps attract multiple offers. We’re not just accepting an offer for these properties; we’re selecting the best offer with the best price and terms.
