January was a huge month for our real estate market. It felt more like a summer month than the middle of winter. With so many buyers and such low inventory, we directed a lot of our buyer clients toward new construction. It’s been very exciting to help them build their homes on paper, and we look forward to watching their dreams come to life later this year.
